Please add a tutorial to the app

I know there is a video but please could you create a tutorial within the app? It’s much easier to find the answers (what the manager token bar means etc) within the app rather than somewhere else.

Doesn' need clunk ware added. Online tutorials will do

Actually I’ve just had a look online and can’t find a tutorial anyway. The three different shades of blue/green on the “available tokens” bar should be more clear in what they actually represent.

Maybe a "HELP" section on the bottom bar can be added?
