Managers trading periods stuck

My app has been stuck for a few days now. Both mangers showing 0 seconds left. 

Tried signing out and back in, same thing. App is fully updated.

Not sure what to do!

Same here. This is for an request I made that should be accepted today based on the program period. I'm guessing it might be because the program was cancelled? Not sure.
