Contact investors button

think this may have been asked already and possibly be in the pipeline but say I am a manager who has 100 investors both short term and long term. I am going travel for 2 weeks and won't b trading whilst away.

How do I let my investors know they won't see any returns in my absence? 

Ovs can put the management fee to 0 but wud b best to have some form of contact or an 'out of office' notice. That way they aren't left in limbo and can invest elsewhere.
