Cant accept new trade requests?

Dont know if it's a bug or not, but cant see the requests on mt4 and cant accept them on the site. or Cancel them.

Do you mean the investment requests? You cannot approve or cancel an investment. All the investment requests are processed automatically at the moment the reporting period starts. The opportunity to close the program will be introduced soon.

Thanks for the response.it makes sense that investment requests are only processed at the start of the reporting period.

I think the interface could be updated to make this clearer. Maybe have a countdown next to the requests so you know how long it is until it starts and how long you have left to change your mind.

what happens if a manager has more GVT invested to them then they are able to take in. how is it decided who is selected? first come first serve? does it just cancel the rest of the investment requests if the manager is full?EDIT-- if a manager is full and your next in line maybe it should tell you if you are wait listed for that manager and by how many GVT?
