Portfolio Events - Program Name URL clickable

On the desktop site, under Portfolio Events - It would be very convenient and make the website more accessible if the program name was a URL which lead to the program page. It is currently difficult to easily get to the program page of programs people are invested in.

So a user should be able to go see their portfolio events side bar, or go on the full page of events, and be able to click the name of the program such as "Loss from one8tyFive 1d v4 -0.00106142 BTC" to get to the program page
