Idea - Random Referral System

^{This is a general idea for early supporters of the Genesis Vision platform that don't have a network of followers to gain substantial referral rewards. I would like to propose the use of a random referral system to run in alongside the current referral system (which is great!)}

^{The random referral system is for when a new user signs up to the platform without a referral link. You then randomly assign this new user to an existing user selected from a pool on the platform that holds a minimum amount of GVT. The new user could either come in as a level 1 referral, or you could add say a level 3 referral with its own conditions.}
