In case you have accidentally lost your 2FA device, you will not be able to disable 2FA from your account even after logging in.
You'd need to e-mail us at email address email@example.com requesting us to disable 2FA from your account. Note that we will not be able to disable 2FA in your account unless you're a verified user.
In case you're not a verified user yet, we might ask you to send us a scanned copy of your ID along with a proof of residence address.
