How to Disable 2FA After Losing 2FA Device

In case you have accidentally lost your 2FA device, you will not be able to disable 2FA from your account even after logging in.


You'd need to e-mail us at email address support@genesis.vision requesting us to disable 2FA from your account. Note that we will not be able to disable 2FA in your account unless you're a verified user.


In case you're not a verified user yet, we might ask you to send us a scanned copy of your ID along with a proof of residence address.
