How is the team planning to attract traders..

samir mahapatra 7 years ago updated by Genesis Vision Support 7 years ago 1

currently there are so many investors with very few managers. What is teams strategy to attract good traders to platform.this could be a huge problem when we have a lot of gvt investors but very few managers.since crypto market is bearish investor might rush to gvt for other trading options like forex stocks. Lack of traders will ruin the product value

Answer

Hello Samir!

Thank you for your feedback.
We stick to our marketing plan, and at the stage of the Alpha version in the demo mode, we are satisfied with the number of investors and managers since we still fine-tune the platform. There is no sense to attract a huge number of managers since the platform is still in the demo mode, but of course, we have a strategy to promote the platform in the next stages. Undoubtedly, we are planning to expand the customer base in future. Both our developers' team and marketing team work really hard to exceed the expectations.

Returned investments

David 7 years ago updated by Genesis Vision Support 5 years ago 4

You need to add a cap asap...so once a manager has full amount for investing no more investors can waste time waiting around....seriously ....it just wastes people's time.....if I didn't honestly believe in this project i'd be out by now...all my investments have been returned since alpha released....not good for new people to gvt

Answer

Hello David!

Thank you for your feedback.

We have added token availability bar, so we hope it is a bit clearer now. Green colour means that tokens are available. Dark green colour means investors bought tokens (it is not available). Grey colour means the tokens for requests.
In future, you won't be able to make an investment request if the manager doesn't have available tokens. But you will be able to subscribe to any program you like and get notifications if available tokens appear.

Under review

Date for investment in “Requests” It would be great to see how long until next investment period shown on the Requests card within program detail if you are waiting until next period to start.

Dashboard sort by end of period (ascending) is buggy

hellothere 7 years ago updated by Genesis Vision Support 5 years ago 3

I have 3 programs that have ending periods of 1 days, 13 hours and 6 hours.

If I sort by ending period (descending) it becomes 1 days,13 Hours,6 Hours (which is correct)

If I sort by ending period (ascending) it becomes 1 days, 6 Hours, 13 Hours (which is wrong)

It may be a bug please check.

Thank you.

Breakdown/sorting

jdkiger 7 years ago updated by Genesis Vision Support 5 years ago 2

Have a breakdown of what all coins, stocks, metals etc the manager is invested in.  Also sort by number of investors,  management and success fees, trading period.  Right now sort by profit up arrow shows lowest profit,  down arrow shows highest.  We need notifications and explanations when investments are cancelled.  Portfolio graphs aren't showing up for most managers.  Faq as to what intervals mean. Show actual trades that were made.  Show a cost basis for my investment.

Add the link to this feedback site to all tweets regarding the Alpha

I needed to spend a bit more time than necessary to find the tweet with a link to the feedback site.

You have tweeted a couple of requests for feedback without the link.

Glossary

ben120 7 years ago updated by Genesis Vision Support 5 years ago 2

Add a glossary of terms within the platform, for example "balance" "manager level" and how many investors per manager level. I think it will allow new users to learn how to use Genesis Vision faster and use it more effectively.

Answer

Hello!

That is certainly a great idea, and I will forward it to the team. At the moment you can find detailed info in our guides and our Alpha release report on the blog: https://blog.genesis.vision/

Better overview of Managers I have invested in

Tuan Le 7 years ago updated by Genesis Vision Support 5 years ago 2

Right now I can already see the amount of GVT that I have invested below the Profit chart, but it would be nicer if I get an overview of the managers I have CURRENTLY invested in when I click on it. Right now, it shows the list of all the managers I have EVER invested in, even if I cancelled the request and therefore they don't have any of my GVT anymore.

Why no market execution option during Alpha demo?

Mick 7 years ago updated by Genesis Vision Support 7 years ago 1
Answer

As the Alpha is in the demo mode right now, only instant execution is possible. As soon as we switch to the real mode, only market execution will be provided.
