PLEASE add the Functionality "Remember me" in the Login Screen
I keep getting Logged out and have to login very frequently. While ALL other Crypto or any other applications which I have, does not have to Login frequently.
PLEASE ADD REMEMBER ME IN THE LOGIN SCREEN in the Next update.
Where is the 24% profit coming from?
I fail to understand where this manager is getting the 24% Profit when the Historical data is showing NEGATIVE Profit.
Can you please look into this?
Incorrect Returning funds total
I invested in a manager when gvt was 0026 sat, since then my manager has gone on to make several successful trades and a couple of small duds.
The manager had now closed the program and I have been returned half the gvt I inititally invested. The value of gvt on closure was 0023 sat.
If the manager has made wins and the exchange value of gvt has dropped then surely I should receive more back??
The manager only takes a 5% success fee.
end of period but hasnt restarted/rolled over
my 7 day period should of ended last night at 10pm and started a new one.
from the dash i can see the program is sat with '0 days' remaining when it should be 7.
also my profits from last week are not displayed - am i missing some interaction with the app??
Withdrawal from a Manager
I withdrew all my money from a Manager. I withdrew immediately again 3 more times all my money, each time I withdrew it showed on my account as 4 or 5 entries.
Suggestion: Once anyone withdraws all, the second time they try again, it should say that "you withdrew all and there is nothing to withdraw" or something like that. There should be ONLY one entry when someone withdraws ALL money and tries to do that again and again.
Not showing real time trades
So right now i am trading with my manager account via just2trade metatrader 5. Normally all my trades are shown directly in my programm history in real time. This time no trades are shown. I will update this thread if I can see the trades in the history again.
Tutorial
The app looks great. The platform and idea seem great as well. I think it could use a tutorial breaking down what everything means. It isn’t completely clear how everything works. A very basic tutorial explaining this would be awesome for adoption.
